Shipping & Returns

Return Policies. Versatile Building Products does not offer returns or exchanges for products sold.

Cancelation, Refusal, Undeliverable by Carrier and Exchanges. Any orders that are cancelled, not accepted, undeliverable by the carrier or refused after shipment are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the shipping fees we incurred to and from location. Orders cancelled before we ship will be refunded minus a 8% administration fee, that is if they are cancelled within 24 business hours after they are placed. Cancellations must be phoned in and you must speak to our customer service department at 800-535-3325. If the item has shipped, our terms of sale posted above apply (ie. they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable). We are NOT responsible for any orders or packages NOT signed for or left at your door.

Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling are additional. Title to products passes from Versatile Building Products, Inc. to Customer on shipment from Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Versatile Building Products, Inc. is Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must refuse verify receipt of all products at time of delivery and refuse delivery if products are damaged or missing so claim can be made with the carrier.

Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Versatile Building Products, Inc., payment must be received by Versatile Building Products, Inc. prior to Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, pay pal, wire transfer, or check. If paying by credit card or PayPal you agree to give up your right for a charge back between you and the credit card provider used to purchase products from Versatile Building Products, Inc.. Invoices are due and payable at time of order placement. Your order is subject to cancellation by Versatile Building Products, Inc., at Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s sole discretion. Versatile Building Products, Inc. is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Versatile Building Products, Inc. and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors and refund customer.

Governing Law. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND VERSATILE BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. arising from or relating to this agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this agreement, Versatile Building Products, Inc.'s advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
