4010 and 4020 Colorseal are a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. The Epoxy Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emissions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 and 4020 Epoxy are used as a chip receiver coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. 4010 is designed to be chipped quickly and it also has a short potlife when compared to 4020.
4020 is designed to have twice as much chipping time and potlife as 4010 making it ideal for the summer months.
